2. What data do we collect?

Through the Geovery website, we only collect the email address you voluntarily provide in the waitlist signup form.

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

Your email address is processed solely for the purpose of notifying you once about the launch of the Geovery application and providing information directly related to its launch.

The legal basis for processing is your voluntary consent — Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR). Consent is given by checking the relevant checkbox in the signup form. Providing your data is voluntary — if you do not provide it, you simply will not receive the notification.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@jakubwp.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

4. How long do we keep your data?

We store your email address until we send the notification about the launch of the Geovery application or until you withdraw your consent — whichever occurs first. If the project does not go ahead, the data will be deleted no later than 24 months from the date of signup.

5. Who we share data with — including transfers outside the EEA

Your data is shared with technical service providers necessary to operate the waitlist and send emails. We use Loops (Loops Inc., USA) — a third-party waitlist and email delivery provider. Loops processes your email address solely on our behalf and only to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose described in section 3.

Transfer of data to the USA: Because Loops Inc. is based in the United States (outside the European Economic Area), your email address is transferred to a third country. The legal basis for this transfer is the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, as referred to in Article 46(2)(c) GDPR.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”) (Article 17 GDPR)
• Restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR)

• Withdrawal of consent at any time (Article 7(3) GDPR) — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal

7. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), Article 52(1) of the Polish Personal Data Protection Act:

8. Voluntary provision of data

Providing your email address is voluntary, but necessary if you want to receive a notification when the Geovery application launches.

9. Profiling and automated decision-making

Data is not used for profiling or automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

10. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies or any tracking tools. We do not install any software on your end device.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the way the website operates, the way personal data is processed, or applicable legal requirements change. The effective date of each version is shown at the top of this document. We will notify you of material changes by email if your address is on the waitlist.
